Homework

All children at Brambles Primary Academy receive homework. This will be in addition to the work that they do in class. Whilst we would encourage all children to do work at home, we understand some families will find this difficult. Therefore, no child will be punished or humiliated for not completing their homework.

Homework & Spelling Tasks | Blakedown Primary School

At the beginning of every half term, all children will be given a homework menu which has ideas linked to the learning that the children will be doing in class. Children have the option to do as many of the activities as they wish. This homework will help to support the more artistic and creative skills children have to offer.

In addition to the homework menu, weekly homework will be sent home. Please see the year groups below to see what additional homework children will receive. All homework will be sent home on a Monday and due back to school the following Monday.
